All incoming new students are required to submit immunization documentation to the SSU Student Health Center through the My Health Portal tile on their My SSU Online Services Portal. This must be completed at least 6 weeks prior to the start of each student’s first semester of classes at Sonoma State University. Students who do not meet this deadline are subject to conditional enrollment and other late compliance penalties. Students are able to access their My Health Portal once they have paid their SSU Enrollment Reservation Deposit.

Please vist Immunizations for Fall 2020 Entry on the Health Center's website for further details.

July 5     Pay your mandatory registration charges

If you begin the registration process from April 20-June 30 you must pay your mandatory registration charges by July 10, 2020. Even if schedule changes are planned, you must complete the registration process by paying the mandatory registration charges or an automatic disenrollment process will occur.

Financial Aid Students: If you have applied for financial aid and have received an offer from our Financial Aid Office by July 10, 2020, in an amount sufficient to cover your semester mandatory registration charges, the payment of your mandatory registration charges will be deferred until your first disbursement for Fall 2020.
