Complete your reservation with SSU |
Complete your reservation by purchasing Package 4 when you log onto your MySSU Online Services account. After purchase, finalize your Admissions acceptance through MySSU. For instructions and screenshots on how to pay the ERD online, follow these self-service steps. If you cannot pay online, you can print this ERD form. Mail to: Sonoma State University If you are unable to pay the reservation deposits at this time, you may request a Hardship Deferment which reduces the initial payment. More information is available on the Hardship Deferment form regarding eligibility, payment specifics, and instructions. NOTE: If you are an EOP applicant, call 707 664-2427 or email eop@sonoma.edu before submitting your deposit. Refund Information: If you change your mind about attending Sonoma State University, you must notify the University in writing in order to receive a refund. The Enrollment Reservation and Campus Housing Down Payment are 50% refundable if requested in writing by June 15, 2018; non-refundable thereafter. NOTE: The Orientation Fee is 50% refundable until June 15, 2018 ONLY if requested in writing prior to your selected orientation date. The fee is non-refundable if the orientation date you signed up for has passed, you attended the session, OR an orientation refund is requested after June 15, 2018. Apply for campus housing by paying Housing downpayment |
Transfers are NOT guaranteed housing: therefore apply for campus housing early. To apply for campus housing, purchase Package 5 via your MySSU Online Services account. Payment date establishes housing priority for living area and room type. Housing down payment does not guarantee a space or specific assignment. Housing is in high demand and space fills quickly. A waitlist will be started once housing is full. If you purchased Package 4 and need to now pay the Housing Down Payment, please contact Housing Services at (707) 664-2541. Refund Information: 50% refundable if requested in writing by June 15, 2018; non-refundable thereafter. The application process is free. The first step in applying for financial aid is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Application (Dream App) using SSU's school code of 001156. Submit mandatory immunization records |
All entering students must send copies of official immunization records showing they have received the required 2 dose series of Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR) vaccine to the SSU Office of Admissions and Records prior to enrolling at SSU. Those who will be under age 19 on Aug. 20, 2018 must also send records showing they have received the required series of 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine. Compliance is a mandatory condition of enrollment and should be completed no later than July 15, 2018. Students unable to locate immunization records may send copies of blood test results confirming immunity to the diseases prevented by the required vaccines. Attach these records to the completed Immunization Form and send promptly to: SSU Immunization Requirements, Fall 2018; Office of Admissions and Records; 1801 E. Cotati Avenue Rohnert Park, CA 94928. Students who do not comply with this pre-enrollment requirement on time will have a Hold on their ability to register for classes and are subject to other late compliance penalties. Transfer Orientation gives you an opportunity to meet with faculty, review information regarding how your credits will transfer, plan your schedule and REGISTER FOR CLASSES. Transfer Orientation is a one-day required program where you will learn about graduation requirements, the registration process and satisfy our university policy that you will be advised before beginning your first semester. Pay your mandatory registration charges |
If you begin the registration process from April 24 - May 26 you must pay your mandatory registration charges by July 5, 2018. Even if schedule changes are planned, you must complete the registration process by paying the mandatory registration charges or an automatic disenrollment process will occur. Financial Aid Students: If you have applied for financial aid and have received an offer from our Financial Aid Office by July 5, 2018, in an amount sufficient to cover your semester mandatory registration charges, the payment of your mandatory registration charges will be deferred until your first disbursement for Fall 2018. You will NOT be disenrolled. If you file your FAFSA after June 1, 2018, you must front your Fall mandatory registration charges or your classes will be dropped in July. |

Submit final transcripts |
Your offer of admission is contingent upon you meeting the specific admissions requirements outlined on your admission letter. It is mandatory that your spring college transcript is received in the Office of Admissions by July 10, 2018. Failure to submit your final college transcript will void your offer of admission.
