Complete the Late Application Form if:

• You did not submit an application by the specific program deadline.
• You applied to the incorrect program (for example if you applied to Extended Education but you want to apply to a regular university program).
• You wish to apply to a program level that is not currently open (such as Second Bachelor's degree).

• Prior to filing a late application request form, official transcripts must be submitted to SSU. You can refer to How to Submit Transcripts to Sonoma State for instructions.
• Please note that Department support will be required as an upload for the following programs:
  • Pre Nursing
  • Nursing BS
  • Nursing RN BS
  • Graduate programs
  • Credential programs 
  • Extended education programs
  • Second BA/BS degree programs
