Prior to filing a late application request form, official transcripts must be submitted to SSU. You can refer to How to Submit Transcripts to Sonoma State for instructions.
Complete the Late Application Form if:
- You did not submit an application by the specific program deadline.
- You applied to the incorrect program (for example if you applied to Extended Education but you want to apply to a regular university program).
- You wish to apply to a program level that is not currently open (such as Second Bachelor's degree).
- Please note that Department support will be required as an upload for the following programs:
- Pre Nursing
- Nursing BS
- Nursing RN BS
- Graduate programs
- Credential programs
- Extended education programs
- Second BA/BS degree programs
