Visit Sonoma State University

Best suited for prospective students and families (groups of five or fewer).
Tours are 60 minutes in length and provide an overview of campus, student life, and key resources.
Ideal for schools, community organizations, and youth programs (recommended for six or more participants).
Please allow approximately 90 minutes for parking, check-in, and walking time.

Cashless Campus
Please note that Sonoma State University is a cashless campus. All on-campus dining locations, retail shops, and services accept credit/debit cards and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We recommend planning ahead if you’d like to purchase food, beverages, or merchandise during your visit.

Tour Meeting Location
- All campus and group tours begin at the Welcome Center in Salazar Hall. Just look for the large Welcome signage on our front windows.
- View the campus map to locate the Welcome Center easily.
Parking Information for Individual Visitors
- Parking permits are required at all times.
- Parking permits can be purchased at kiosks in all campus parking lots, or buy in advance on the Parking Permits website.
